Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you or your pet don't get along with our products, you can return them within 90 days for a full refund. It's as simple as that. Just reach out to our customer support team and we'll make things right for you. That's our PawSafe® promise.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@pawsafe.com. We’ll then send instructions on how and where to send back your items.
We utilise a specialist returns warehouse to process return orders. Our returns address will be issued with the return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are likewise unable to accept returns at our office address.
The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service to ensure that we receive the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you have a problem with an item or presume it to be damaged or faulty, it is helpful if you use your phone to take a photo of the issue and email it to our support team. This will help us understand the concern and assist you more efficiently.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll then be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it takes on average 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
